01 Can knives be sharpened with the RÖLL sharpening roller?
Yes. The sharpening roller is made exactly for that: rest the knife on the base, roll it along the blade and the angle holds itself.
02 How often should I resharpen my knives?
It depends on use. In a home kitchen, a few passes every two or three weeks keep the original edge.
03 Can I use RÖLL knives if I'm left-handed?
Yes. The grind is symmetrical, so the knife behaves the same in either hand.
04 What can I cut with RÖLL knives?
Vegetables, meat, fish, bread and herbs. Avoid frozen bones and hard surfaces such as glass or stone, which damage the edge.
05 How do I care for the knife after use?
Wash it by hand with warm water and dry it straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher: heat and harsh detergents ruin both the blade and the wooden handle.
